Q. Are tickets included in the Show Package price?
A. Tickets are not included in the package price; with purchase of a show package for 10 or more guests you will save money by not being charged additional Ticketmaster or Box Office fees.
Q. When do we need to arrive?
A. Doors usually open 2 hours before show time. It is suggested that the group arrive at least one hour prior to scheduled show start. (please visit our calendar page on our website for show information)
Q. When does the bar and food service begin?
A. The bar and food service will begin when the first guest arrives unless a designated time is prearranged with the Sales Department.
Q. Can we extend to full Open Bar?
A. YES. There will be an additional charge per person for open bar. $20 per person per hour for unlimited bar.
Q. How long do we have our reserved table?
A. Your table will be reserved from the scheduled opening of doors to the conclusion of the show.
Q. Can we just buy group tickets and reserve seating without a Show Package?
A. We do not offer group discounts, group ticketing, or reserved seating without purchase of a Show Package. Please visit Ticketmaster or our Box Office to purchase tickets if you do not want to purchase a Show Package. Please note, our theater is a first come, first seated venue, and only complete parties will be seated, without prior reservation with a Show Package.
Q. I have 6 guests; can I purchase a Show Package?
A. There is a minimum of 10 guest for Show Packages.
Q. Can each person pay for their tickets and Show Packages individually?
A. The Show Packages and tickets must be paid for with 1 form of payment in advance in order to confirm the reservation. However, each person can purchase their own tickets & the actual show package done in one transaction.
Q. Can I select specific seats where my group will be seated?
A. Our Sales Department will try to accommodate your party with the best available seating areas for larger groups. All seating is based on availability.
Q. What if only part of my group wants the Show Package?
A. We will only reserve seats for guests who have purchased a Show Package in advance and others are not allowed to be seated in the section or the credit card on file will be billed for each additional person.
