Bootsy Collins Funkiest Halloween Party features album release party with funk legend Bootsy promoting his new album "World Wide Funk" followed by live musical performance by Clones of Funk performing tribute to Parliament-Funkadelic! All you funkateers come celebrate Halloween in costume with contests for best, sexiest and funkiest costumes or just come as you are to get down and party with the one and only Bootsy!

"World Wide Funk" is Bootsy's first release in six years with guest performances by Stanley Clarke, Victor Wooten, Musiq Soulchild, Chuck D, Big Daddy Kane, Doug E. Fresh, and a very special song "A Salute To Bernie" featuring music by Bootsy's good friend and P-Funk partner, the late great Bernie Worrell. Bootsy Collins is recognized around the world as an all-time great bassist, songwriter, performer and personality who revolutionized funk music with James Brown's J.B.s and George Clinton's Parliament-Funkadelic, as well as his own Bootsy's Rubber Band and as solo act for more than thirty years.

Clones of Funk is a full stage band with charismatic lead singers, tight rhythm section, dynamic horn players and dazzling guitarists. Their repertoire features classic songs by Parliament-Funkadelic and other legendary funk bands including James Brown J.B.s and Sly & The Family Stone. Their colorful attire and stage show also reflects the funky style of the late 60s and 70s. They are best known for their thrilling live performances that inspire audiences to dance all night and take a musical trip back to the golden era of funk music.

This event is presented by Concerts For Causes, Chocolate City Alliance, The Funk Movement and supported by the Funk Parade!
